I got to the hotel super early and I acknowledged that when I got to the front desk. The recpetionst guy was like yeah… and had a “you’re kidding if you wanna check in early” attitude until I told him I’ll pay for early check-in. He then told me my room wasn’t ready so I was like are there any others available that are ready? He told me it’s a twin room. I was only gonna be there for one day so I literally didn’t care. Plus I had been up since 4AM and just wanted to get into a room. Early check-in was $30 but came with breakfast so that was good. The breakfast itself wasn’t great, but at least it was something. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom was TINY. Also, interesting choice to use all wood for the bathroom including the entirety of the shower?? At least the receptionist at check out was nice and helpful when I had to store my luggage. It was fine for a one night stopover and this hotel is close to the mall, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

O breakfast é bom, porém deveria ter uma maior variedade. Passamos 4 noites e o breakfast é o menu é o mesmo diariamente . A limpeza do apartamento é eficiente. O ar condicionado pelo que pareceu, por conta do clima do mês de maio, é colocado no modo de ventilação e não esfria . Fizemos esta observação,perante à recepção, mas não adiantou. O apartamento é de bom tamanho e a cama é confortável . O banheiro é bom, porém o do nosso apartamento estava com vazamento no bidé, consequentemente molhava o chão durante o uso . A recepção do hotel é boa, eficiente e agradável. A localização é excelente, perto do shopping e de muitos bares e restaurantes de qualidade. Bom custo benefício, e voltaríamos a se hospedar neste hotel.

Café da manhã simples, mas bom. Internet horrível, nao consegui utilizar meu computador. Ferro de passar muito ruim. Equipe atenciosa e educada.

Ótima localização. O quarto é espaçoso, com exceção do banheiro, que poderia ser maior. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem preparado. O staff é muito atencioso. De modo geral, vale a pena.

Excelente localização, praticamente ao lado do Shopping Punta Carretas e próximo a praia. Bons restaurantes próximos também facilitam a estadia.

O hotel é bem simples, principalmente o quarto e banheiro. A localização é excelente, na rua do shopping. O café da manhã é muito bom também.

I never had a chance to make it to the balcony. Breakfast was always good. The front desk attendants were exceptional and approachable. Walter, Ezekiel and Paul were real cool dudes 12/10 (emphasized) would be how I would grade them...I would recommend this property to my friends.
