We confidently reserved this apartment for a month during our stay in Hanoi! Unfortunately, we encountered bedbugs on the second night, and I was bitten. Upon notifying the staff right away, they informed us that there was nothing they could do as they do not fumigate the rooms. Despite having no other option but to leave, they refused to provide a refund for the 30 days that I had paid for, even though we only stayed for two days. The management remained unapologetic and uncooperative. It is advisable to steer clear of this apartment. Just stating the facts.

房間整體乾淨明亮，在沙發上看電視也是十分舒適。沐浴乳的味道很棒，備有小廚房跟滾筒洗衣機，浴室還有燈光照明的鏡子，居住品質十分安靜舒適。

Great little spot.

水回りの不備なのか、1日だけ違うホテルに泊まりました。

It was very reasonable and comfortable staying. Thank you so much.

They have a lot of apartment around the area , however they are more interested the long term.On the check out date , I asked for late check out , which was agreed via WhatsApp ( only communication) , the staff was being so rude to check me out.

Hotel kept very clean, facility is nice.

Set back from main road, makes it quiet. Great hotel, responsive staff. Wonderful stay.
