Bathroom smells bad all the time , singer at night so annoying, not enough towels only 2 , breakfast not the best juice hot not cold there is flies inside bread cabinet, but not that bad breakfast but they can do better, my advice don’t go to the Falls area if there is people there because they will leave everything and they’ll keep looking at you I don’t know why , all my bad comments but still it’s worth it to visit I like it I go all the time but I hope they make it better, workers are friendly, if you drive your car, don’t use your car break all the time. Try to use transmission downshift to keep your speed down because after five minutes, holding a break, the brakes not gonna work and the most bad thing after all that they will stop you for a questionnaire and sometimes you’ll see cars lineup and you don’t have break that very close so they should leave more area for you to stop for searching

低於平均 Despite the hotel being fabulous in its design, theme and great natural hot spring location. But it is old and requires major renovation and service enhancement. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to try and help but they were overwhelmed with limited resources. The pool was very hot to get into and shortage of towels. Kids play area very dirty.

低於平均 Old and needs to be renovated. They tried to put us in a regular room after we booked a suite. Then gave us a dirty suite. The pool was gross we ended up leaving and won’t even stay the night
