Such a friendly place to say. Comfortable, cosy rooms and a real sense of welcome. Staff are engaged and I now stay here regularly on stays in the North East. Lively pub adjoining. Always weddings and fun around you, but doesn't encroach on the peace of the hotel rooms

Great location, clean and tidy, helpful staff, plenty of parking and only 10mins walk from Metro for easy access to Newcastle city centre.

Been coming to this hotel years now still looks the same, the same standards nothing changes lots of tea coffee hot chocolate water, safe friendly team who want to genuinely go out the way to help you, big shout to every staff member as you all make this place tick like a Rolex and genuinely from my heart gutted when it’s fully booked keep up the excellent work!
