Nice, quiet room with inner courtyard view. Very comfortable beds. Great location for using public transport and enjoying the Haidhausen area. Helpful, friendly staff. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Unsere Unterkunft war sehr gut. Nur die Mitarbeiter beim Check in war unmotiviert und beim Check out müssten wir auf Englisch reden. Wir wollten in Zimmer noch Hausschuhe haben. Aber sonst war toll.

Good location nice staff

Nice hotel and staff. But in winter there is no air con so we were forced to have windows open all night. Very busy road outside so very poor sleep Will not recommend or return.

Clean room, beautiful facilities and very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff

It’s a rather 3.5 than 3. No big complaints but also no big highlights after 5 nights of stay to make one go back there. Rooms were tidy and clean but the whole idea of paper cups, tetra packs for water etc made the stay feel a bit too average. Not really reminiscent of a Marriot affordable brand Felt that the the service people were kind and accommodating . Very well connected to the city despite rhe shabby nature of rhe ostbahnhof

Clean and spacious room, business-friendly, overall very good hotel

The staff, bistro & breakfast are ALL top notch. We stayed in an Accessible room, which is obviously intended for W/C guests. I only need safety rails in the shower, but this was all they had. I believe using this shower was unsafe for me. Water went all over the floor making it slippery, Hand rails were not placed where a guest can use them -unless they are in a W/C. Toilet was awkward. Also, TV options were terrible. There was an obvious glut of liberal/socialist news programs. Ugh. No worthwhile movies or shows, with just a smattering of languages other than German.

Had a great stay. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Hotel was very accommodating to us. Really appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom. Breakfasts were fabulous! Something for everybody.
