Great experience, the rooms were great and you can drink coffee and tea all day. The only they have very small parking lots.

The location was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The hotel room was spacious and clean.

all good, nothing to complain, good price compared to other lodgings, quiet place except in the morning due to constructions next to the hotel

Hotel itself was fine, although there is currently constriction happening on both sides of the budling so it is noisy and there is construction traffic all around. If you are planning to park your car there, don't. The parking is appalling and the management are clueless. You have to pay extra for parking but there are very few spaces and the whole process was a shambles. Firstly we couldn't even get in to the car park, then when we were finally let in there were no spaces. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to sort it we were told to park in a reserved space. Then on leaving we were confronted by the person who's space it was, who had a rant at us for parking there. We complained about the whole process but were not even given a partial refund for the parking costs, so it's clear management do not care and will happily take anyone's money they can even if there are more people paying for spaces than there are spaces.

The rooms and common areas in the hotel are new and pleasant. The room was very clean and I couldn’t find fault with it. Not the largest room but surely larger than other alternatives in this range. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature could be controlled easily. The bathroom was in good shape but a suggestion would be to address the shower where the water can occasionally run cold for a second or two at a time. Would work well with better a better iron and ironing board. Also, you can occasionally hear the guests in adjoining rooms. An available laundry room would help.

Be cautious with car parking, there is none at the hotel and although the P+R Sud is only ten minutes walk away, it is very difficult to find a space there. But the Cliche D'Or shopping centre is adjacent, as is the tram stop to get into the , 15 minutes ride.town centre

The hotel was very well situated. Had clean and spacious rooms. The staff were all very friendly and polite and the breakfast was great

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and access public transport. Breakfast offered a limited selection. One feature I particularly appreciated was the unlimited free hot drinks and water available throughout the day, which was a really thoughtful touch and added extra value to the stay. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
