Me and my significant other had an amazing time at this property. The staff is super friendly they provided outstanding hospitality HOP goes above and beyond for their guests and the property it self. He welcomed us with open arms showed us around. Made the fire pit at night. Turned the heat at the pool during pm hrs and turned the hot tub on for us. Served us breakfast each morning. This was a fabulous stay. they have all kinds of rooms even for big families they have it and they are all beautiful. They have 4 very lovely horses Trick,Honey,Boss and Millie. You can feed them if you like. I believe kids can ride them when the trainer is there. If you like the peace and quiet at a beautiful place this is it. I recommend it!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Saddleview Bed & Breakfast! It truly feels like a five-star hotel combined with the charm and comfort of an Airbnb, all surrounded by beautiful scenery and peaceful countryside views. They offer horseback riding, and it sounds like they have even more exciting things planned for the future. The owner, Joseph, along with Chef Papa Joe and Hop, went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcome. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of my favorite parts was the spotless hot tub (I’m a bit of a germaphobe, so cleanliness is a huge deal to me!), as well as the large enclosed pool area that keeps bugs out, making it even more relaxing. We also enjoyed spending the evening around the beautiful bonfire making s’mores together. It was such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Of course, visiting the horses was a highlight too! Boss was my favorite—he’s such a handsome, gentle giant. We will absolutely be back without a doubt. This is one of those places you’ll always remember. There is a lot to like about this bed and breakfast: the location, cleanliness, the staff’s eagerness to help, and the hot tub and pool. It is unusual to have these facilities open at all times of day, and we really appreciated this, since we spent most of the day out. Our bed was soft but relatively comfortable, although the noise from the road meant that we could not keep the window open. We were disappointed, however, by a couple of things, especially the practicality of our room, as well as the limited choice of food at breakfast: if you have trouble with the choice of pancakes, french toast and bacon, contact them in advance to ask for eggs, yogurt, veggies, etc. One would expect that a king room costing over $200 would provide more practical space for personal belongings. We found two hooks, no hangers, and no drawers in which to put things. How are guests expected to keep their clothes in usable condition and easily accessible, other than by keeping everything neatly packed in their luggage? I cannot even imagine where guests staying in winter are supposed to put their coats and shoes. The same problem applies to the bathroom, which was very pleasant in terms of design. Again, however, there was only one hook and one towel bar. It is easy to see that two people will find this inadequate for hanging clothes and drying towels. And what about swimsuits? It is wonderful to have a hot tub and a pool, but what are guests supposed to do with their wet swimsuits afterward?

Hop was an amazing host. The property was beautiful and very comfortable. The horses were lovely. I would come again and again and again!

This was an amazing place with remarkable people. Hop was extremely friendly and helpful. And Marie made the most incredible breakfast. They made us feel like we were part of the family. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He gave us a tour and let us feed and pet the horses, who I now love! And the pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough about how much I love Saddleview! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Pennsylvania. It is a must see. I definitely plan on returning.

First impressions friendly stuff, beautiful place , clean rooms, nice view ,breakfast was made by order and delicious, nice pool and hot tub . Great location love it 👍 plenty of things to do around.they make you feel like right at home 🏠
