Would absolutely stay here again. The staff took extra care with keeping the property clean, literally nothing was dirty. The staff were Ann very polite and super attentive. They all spoke a level of English (which was good for us seeing as we don’t speak Portuguese). The room was incredible, we splashed out a bit and got a junior suite with an ocean view and it was INCREDIBLE. The amenities were great - we tried to make use of all that we could considering our short stay. Definitely book again.

The hotel is amazing, its slightly dated however it has excellent facilities, fantastic enormous range at buffet breakfast. 4 pools, sauna steam, jacuzzi ocean views. Resturants, bars, pub. Rooms are really spacious and very comfy beds. Its the kind of place you could just stay at if you dont want to venture out.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Beautiful surroundings, clean rooms, and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again.

Absolute Joy of a place

Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. Room was spacious. Gym was a little smaller than most places, but everything else was perfect.

Great staff, great amenities, great location and just an overall amazing experience. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Madeira.

Its was a very good experience and the hotel was amazing with kids having to enjoy alot.

Aircondition wasn’t as cold as we would have liked.

We sent laundry and asked for quick service and did not get it back in time, we left without the laundry. They said they would ship it. But we actually needed it for the trip,😣

Staff was excellent Room was clean and spacious Breakfast was very good
