Close to maho beach side.

During our seven day stay our room was only cleaned one time after requesting for house service over four times. The house cleaner was extremely rude. The room was unkempt and the showers were falling apart. Overall, I would say you get what you pay for cheap, unreliable, poor customer service.

We stayed in a king bed room and overall had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the bed itself was very comfortable, and all the linens were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. However, the room showed some clear signs of needed upkeep several areas of the walls had chipped or worn paint that could use a fresh coat. More concerning was the bathroom: the shower was quite dirty and fell well below the standard we'd expect from a hotel. I'd only recommend staying here if management addresses these maintenance and cleanliness issues, particularly in the bathrooms. The bones of a good stay are there, but it needs some attention.

I had to move rooms as the first room appeared not to have been swept and was very dusty. The second room was ok. The staff was helpful during the move and breakfast was ok.
