We recently stayed at Secrets Mirabel Cancun from July 18th–21st, and what an incredible experience! Everything was amazing from start to finish. The activities with Arlene were so much fun and added so much to our stay. The spa was absolutely amazing—relaxing, beautiful, and the perfect way to unwind. The service at the pool was impeccable. Abraham was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of every day. His attention to detail and friendly personality truly made our vacation even more special. The entire staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and the resort itself was beautiful. We cannot recommend Secrets Marea Beach Cancun enough. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation—we can’t wait to come back!

Mirabel is just a few efforts away from being true five star luxury. We did stay in the preferred rooms with plunge pool. We were on a quiet floor. The restaurants were very good, wait staff was hit and miss, occasionally felt like they were overloaded with tables. Preferred pool staff was truly outstanding: trip making. If you can, get a room with a plunge pool in the terrace, it is worth the expense. The only real draw back to the property is the perpetual effort to sell their time share, and upgrade wine experiences for additional cost. Beach was excellent pools were immaculate, and our room was always cool, clean, and well appointed. It was our first all inclusive stay, and it made a positive impression for sure.

For this being the first time in Cancun I’m glad I choose this adults only resort. It was very peaceful and fun at the same time. If you’re looking to relax, this resort is it. If you’re looking to party, I would stay somewhere closer to the center of the zona Hotelera. The hotel staff were always helpful and amazing. We loved our entertainment staff Jonathan and Ari! And loved the manager of the breakfast/lunch buffet.
