Hotel was very quaint. Only downfall was that not many people spoke English

Perfect stay

Great location. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Very cool urban neighborhood. Missed having an elevator but that's to be expected in a renovated boutique hotel . I would book it again.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially Tanya. Spoke English very well and assisted us with tours and transport. We stayed here on three separate occasions during our visit to Chile. The rooms were very clean although some were a little run down-floor boards separating, slow sink in one room and a poor toilet flush in another. The hotel is well located to metro and major thoroughfares although the area a bit transitional with beautifully restored old buildings and dilapidated Ones side by side. Morning breakfast was very good- including cooked eggs to suit.

Great room, great location, great staff! Breakfast and wine hour included. No elevator so that could put off some people on higher floors, but I enjoyed this place and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room

Comfortable, clean and quiet room - albeit quite cramped. Well located.

Staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. Room was basic. Not bad for one night.
