很好 Odd smell on fourth floor throughout our four day stay. Entered the elevator as someone was exiting and smoking a joint. I know that is not the hotel’s job to stop every smoker, but it is a non-smoking hotel. It’s a nice, new hotel and I would stay again when I visit the area.

極佳 Easy check-in. Friendly staff. There is no pool. So if you're looking for a relaxing swim, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a clean, pet friendly and conveniently located hotel to Sea World, this is definitely a must stay. Even the River Walk isn't too far of a drive. Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen. If a family traveling, you could cut expenses by cooking some meals. Especially a quick breakfast.

低於平均 They don’t serve breakfast. We were assigned to a suite for special needs. problem was the beds were very low and squeaky noisy. We were on the second floor and above us the people were so loud and were stumped so hard. Walking around the room. They were up until 3 am . We complained to the front desk about the beds and the noisy people above us they didn’t say or did anything about it.
I was so disappointed with the service. Never again will stay in this place.

很好 The only reason this place gets a 4 is because the noise level is wild. The walls between you and the hallway and you and outside are super thin. You can hear every car pass, every wind blow, every footstep.
Definitely bring earplugs.
Ultimately, even considering the noise,I would sgay here again.

極佳 We had a wonderful stay for an impromptu visit to SeaWorld. The property was pretty new, and the room was clean and comfortable with everything you need in the kitchenette. The front desk staff were friendly; they offered instructions on dealing with the motion censored room lights, but an eye mask will do the trick too. We’re looking forward to being back on our next trip.

不錯 Write up said breakfast available. It was not, unless you count pop tarts or cereal from the guest store. Also, there is a photo that makes it look like they have a pool. They do not. Breakfast and a pool should be standard issue at brand new hotels. Also, the beds are really hard. At least it was clean and very close to SeaWorld.
