Overall great hotel

Unique room, excellent location. Lots to do, and easy access to the public transit system. Would recommend.

Exceptional staff, unbelievable kindness and help. From arrival to departure we were helped for everything we needed. Packing a breakfast because of early checkout - unbelievable. Thank you, you made our stay and we will return.

Clean room and cool decor

Excellent hotel, the room is exactly as in the pictures. Everything was looking good and well maintained, the bed was excellent. We stayed in the smallest room and it was completely fine for a short stay, but I'd recommend getting a bigger one if you have medium/large suitcases. The only two things that could be better are that towels are too small and not a great quality, and they don't have conditioner in the bathroom.

Lovely boutique hotel in ideal location in the centre of city next to the alleyways, cafes and shops.

I was charged €12.50 per night for a baby cot and €40 per night for an extra bed for my three-year-old, which I find excessive. I have never stayed in a hotel that charges for a baby cot. Additionally, the hotel emailed me a total price that included breakfast, but this price was not honoured, despite it being their error. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not disclose the additional charges for extra beds until the day before check-in, leaving no opportunity to cancel the booking and find more suitable accommodation at a reasonable price.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff members, amazing breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay in the Collector. It’s located in the heart of town but please note that if you have sleeping problems, it can be quite noisy at night time. We would definitely stay here if we’re ever in The Hague again.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was high quality. And the room/hotel is super nice designed.
