Towels were not provided in room when checked in. Had to call and request.
Late check in but asked to check out on time.
Room service is really good, cleaned and provided toiletries second day. Buffet Bfst included is a plus! Good food, ambience and game room. Pool is definitely the highlight of this hotel, although couldn’t use it due to rain.

Good but could do well on hygiene and Jain food

The check in staff were very inexperienced in handling guests. They assured a relaxed checkout but a different staff kept pushing for a earlier check out

Much better than expected in general. Got an upgrade, the room was big, clean and very convenient. The pool at the rooftop was definitely a highlight and provided nice views.
