I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms.

Check in was ok. Room accommodations not prepared with separate twin beds, but quickly corrected. The property very attractive, and family friendly, but a lot of kids. It was very noisy and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and could not visit during the hours. I was very disappointed.

Beautiful brand new resort. I would highly recommend staying here except that it’s more for families as opposed to single adults who are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Room was clean and spacious. Nice view on the balcony. Breakfast was good. Easy parking . A lot of family opportunities to enjoy the time. Professional management who provided excellent customer service.
