Clean. Very helpful staff. Good internet and hot water. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Central location near services including restaurant choices. Was difficult to locate hotel as name in Hotels.com does not fully match hotel name and clear address. Taxi driver and hotel owners helped us locate hotel. Please work out with hotel to help hotel and hotels.com users.

This is a small and clean hotel with very friendly personnel, and there was not much to complain about, except for a few things;
1. There was only sufficient AC on one side of our rectangular room, which matters on hot summer days/nights.
2. The door to the shower cassette was missing which, made it easy to spray on the bathroom floor.

Excellent property and even better owners. Incredibly helpful arranging park adventures in Wulingyuan as well as helping book transportation.
