The air conditioner only gave out cold air. Our room was above the beer garden and it was nosy

The hot water wasn’t very hot at all

The desk staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was central .The bed was comfortable . The room was not very clean on arrival there was mascara smudges on the bathroom bench that wiped off with a cloth. The hotels claims to do a tidy each day however they did not replace towels even when dirty ones were removed. Twice I had to go to reception and ask for fresh towels. They only seemed to tuck in the sheets on the bed and that was the tidy.

All was fine

The bathroom floor needed moping. Need some more breakfast dishes, bowl, spoon, knife. Perhaps a toaster also. Great location, cafe and restaurant together. I had a good stay. Thanks.

The hotel room is tidy and spacious - nice big shower! Good value place to stay and was way quieter than I’d been told.

Nice clean secure hotel, nice pub food and cafe for breakfast with great coffee
