Quarto 202, excelente. Perto do Ecoparque, dá pra ir andando. Perto do ponto do bus turístico, dá pra ir caminhando. Adorei! Check in pelo whats app. Portaria virtual. No whats app começaram a falar português comigo.

Our reservation and pre-payment were not honored. Host was not in touch until check in day and then said apartment was not available. Had to work hard to get a partial refund and find other housing. Had a challenge with hotels.com customer service - “representatives" claimed to human but were probably artificial intelligence programs that did little to help. This property was a big disappointment, though it looks okay (photos, reviews, location) on hotels.com.

Bathroom. The toilet deposit was loose and the buttons didn't work. The shower flooded the entire bathroom.
