There was a cigarette butt in the restroom. A small cockroach in the room.
Nice and pleasing staff members. No microwave in the building. Close to the beach and convenience stores.

Bad experience. We were hoping to swim in the pool on the 10th floor but when we came up there it was just a construction site. The last day of our stay there was no hot water.
It seemed like the hotel was new which was good but it was very dusty. In the elevator, the halls and in our room as well.
There were not many pictures from the hotel and that is something I will remember from now on when I am booking a place to stay.
Reception was nice and friendly.
