House Rules & Important InformationTo ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests and to maintain the cleanliness of our homestay, please take note of the following house rules:​1. No Smoking & No PetsStrictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed inside the homestay for hygiene and cleanliness purposes. Any violation may result in termination of the booking and guests may be required to leave the property immediately without refund. A RM500 cleaning/fine charge may apply.​2. No DurianStrictly NO DURIAN is allowed inside the homestay due to its strong smell, which can be difficult to remove and may affect the next guest. Durian may only be consumed in the designated outdoor/corridor area.​3. Quiet HoursPlease keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM and be considerate of our neighbours. If we receive complaints due to excessive noise or disturbance, guests may be asked to leave the homestay immediately without refund.​4. Alcohol & DrugsExcessive alcohol consumption and disruptive behaviour are not allowed inside the homestay. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.​5. No Parties or EventsParties, events, gatherings, or activities that may disturb neighbours are strictly prohibited.​6. Cleanliness & Kitchen Rules• Please remove your shoes before entering the house.• No eating is allowed in the bedrooms.• No heavy cooking is allowed.• Please do not leave leftover food, kitchen waste, or unwashed dishes behind.• A RM100 cleaning charge may apply if excessive cleaning is required due to leftover food, rubbish, kitchen waste, or unclean dishes.• Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated bin located beside our unit.​7. Check-In & Check-OutCheck-in: From 3:00 PM onwards on the scheduled check-in date.​Early check-in is subject to availability and prior approval. An additional charge of RM30 per hour applies for early check-in before 3:00 PM.​Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.​Late check-out is subject to the host's approval and availability. A charge of RM30 per hour applies after 11:00 AM, up to 3:00 PM. Check-out after 3:00 PM may be charged at the full daily rate.​8. Damages & Lost ItemsGuests are responsible for any damage caused to the homestay, furniture, facilities, or property during their stay, whether caused by the guest or any member of their party.​A RM100 charge per item applies for lost or damaged keys, TV remote controls, air-conditioning remote controls, or fan remote controls.​For other damages, guests may be charged up to RM500 or the actual repair/replacement cost, depending on the extent of the damage.​9. Safety & Personal BelongingsGuests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during their stay. The owner/host will not be responsible for loss, theft, injury, accidents, or damages arising from circumstances beyond the host's reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, riots, or other unforeseen events.​Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel or personal insurance covering trip cancellation, loss of luggage, personal belongings, personal injury, and valuables.​Thank You for Your CooperationWe sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our house rules.
