I was grateful for the kind and attentive service I received, as I am not fluent in the language. The breakfast was delicious and just the right portion size.

It was very great, the staff are so good and the room is very clean.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but not being able to speak Russian was a problem at reception and throughout my stay. Meal sare not included, but available to buy from the pleasant in-house cafe.

This property should not even be listed in Expedia. They never wrote back to me to check the time of arrival for their "Airport Pickup" service which is included in their price. However, upon confrontation at front desk, there is no shuttle bus service that they are aware of. I rode a taxi from the airport with my own money which I explained to; they made no effort to apologize or engage in English, and simple screamed at me in Russian. The following morning a different staff very reluctantly made contact with a taxi company upon request to go to the airport which I also paid for. The hotel is not located in the city center so it is not worth considering it any way. The only upside is that the rooms are clean and the bed is of high quality.

Jeg er utrolig tilfreds med service på hotellet. Gæstfri personal, lækkert morgenmad, pæn og ren værelse med bar, bådekåbe. Jeg følte mig hjemme her!
