We were happy the whole time we were there. Great experience.

Front desk needs to work on their efficiency. Check in and out too long of a way. The biggest red flag I see is the breakfast buffet table utensils. They do not replace all the utensils when someone left. They just replace the used utensil and replenish whatever is needed. The unused ones stay on the table. I find that very disgusting. That must be corrected. The property needs some updates. No one check the pool water condition. Risky health hazards must be corrected.

Great place to stay at...

This place over the road from the beach.

No air conditioning in hallway & elevator They come & clean the rooms but never change the bedding, use my towel on the floor again We never come back again

Dirty towels are not replaced. They refolded the dirty towels without replacing it. The floor was not mop and clean. We specifically asked the floors to be clean but for the whole 5 days stay no one clean our floor. Very Disappointing.

The elevator is extremely hot and unbearable. Please turn up the AC. Breakfast buffet needs change every We have same food 5 days 😭😭

Overall the stay was pleasant and staff was helpful and friendly. But right before leaving on the day of checkout, we were throughly embarrassed by a staff member in the dining room. It was eventually sorted out after i told the hostess but by then my husband was so humiliated he left the dining room already. Kind of soured the experience.

Everything good

There was no AC at the main lobby & elevator. It was so hot. Room wasn’t available at said time, ran out toilet paper, inadequate staff, breakfast (food) not good. Not recommended.
