Staffs can speak good English, properly was nice.

Excellent transfer service upon arrival and departure. Polite and approachable staff. Good breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily. Reasonable location with an excellent view.

Good location , great hotel . Family friendly , good morning breakfast . Food in the taproom is great also when you can’t be bothered going out ( or if everything is booked ). Would recommend and will stay again

Very convenient location and good room sizes. Staff was very helpful in locating an item left behind and posted the item back to me. Highly recommended

Pros: friendly staff, great location Cons: - found pubic hair on the bed and on the bathroom floor; - urine stain around the toilet rim; - staff who didn't know where the do not disturb sign could be found in the room. She offered to let the cleaning team know that we did not need room cleaning, but our room got entered into anyways. If you expect the Japanese standard of cleanliness and operation from this hotel, you would certainly be disappointed. It feels like a frat house to me that the staff worked together causally without the guidance from the management. I will not come back.

Close distance to mountain, bus station, shops and restaurants. Roomy and comfortable accommodations, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Great area to walk to the snow lifts and restaurants.
