bathroom floor wasnt cleaned properly but manager had it taken care of within few minutes . location is within walking distance to other hotels and small bars.

The pool is nice for the hot days. Staff was very attentive when they were there. The rooms were clean and nice.

Staff were excellent before and during our stay. They helped us with arranging our pick up from Dong Hoi, early check in, trip to the caves (excellent) and onward travel arrangements. Room had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and it was quiet with a comfortable bed. Fabulous omelette for breakfast too!

We had a great time staying here, we spent 3 nights with our almost 2 years old baby and the staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. A special thanks to Quinn, she went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful booking our tours from the hotel. Bicycles are available for free use in the entrance. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Phong Nha

We loved the courtyard and our room walked out to the pool and sitting area. The staff are great they picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station free of charge. Breakfast is included and delicious and the manager speaks great english and is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great staff! Clean rooms, relaxing property with a nice pool. I would recommend staying here!!
