Hi, the room was good, clean with good shower pressure and black out binds on the skylight. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food, however one star removed as coffee was not good quality and their were not enough staff for the number of guests. The staff were working hard both mornings but there was not enough crockery, cutlery or tables both times.

Room was really clean and spacious. Tea & coffee in the room. Nice new shower room. Great location 5 min walk to old town. Really good value.

不錯 Checkin is in the hotel along the street. The room was clean and good hot shower. The tram passes the window and can be heard from inside the bedroom. They have placed free earplugs in the bathroom.

Nice welcome from reception. Explained everything we needed to know. Lovely size room, a welcome card from the cleaner and a sweet each on top of the bed. The bed was very comfy, slept well. Breakfast was in an outside room in the garden giving a lovely view. There was plenty to choose from. If going to Krakow would definitely choose to stay here again.

Me and my husband found that it was convenient staying here. The only issue was the steps was a lot to get to our room but other than that we had no complaints. The room was cozy and housekeeping kept it clean.

This hotel was right in the middle of the tourist area of Krakow. The room was very well maintained with AC and the hotel served great breakfast every day. The only part that could have been better was that there was no elevator and we were on the 5th floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

No A/C, noisy, extremely outdated, thoroughly unhelpful staff, no parking though paid for it, nothing but a dump.
Better to sleep in your car than here.
