極佳獨自入住
When I checked in I was told they were giving me a complementary upgrade to a suite I was surprised. The room was amazing everything was brand new, I was told this hotel was newly built from an office building it was so well done. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was also amazing. The location is very good, only one block to the Bow River great walking and cycling trail. It’s only a few blocks to the LRT.

極佳 Loved our experience and location. Wander coffee shop and staff were amazing. Would have been extremely helpful to know that valet is the only option. We spent 30 minutes trying to find parking and then dragging our luggage over. There wasn’t enough or appropriate bedding for the pullout couch even though I booked for 3 people

低於平均 Dispute at check out with extra taxes.
We asked for a detailed price breakdown at check in and was told this was not possible at this time.
