很好 Was visiting from the USA. Needed a room for a few hours before the airport. Great price and location. Close walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars. Lots to do and see in the area. Room was ok. Da at the front desk went above and beyond for me. He was very helpful and nice. I would stay here again for location and price and great service.

低於平均 We booked the Premium Suite with City View but were very disappointed with the condition of the room. There were cracked walls, peeling wallpaper, a dirty shower faucet with visible buildup, and a bathroom exhaust vent covered in dust. The air conditioner barely cooled the room, and the refrigerator was not cold. The room was not what we expected based on the listing, and we decided to stay elsewhere for our visit to Hanoi. I also reached out to the hotel twice after my stay regarding these concerns and did not receive a response.

極佳 The staff was incredible. The staff at the front desk always has a smile in their faces and listen carefully to my request. They have local guide to help you navigate your trip and plan according to your preference, no pressure.

很好獨自入住
In a good location within 15 mins walking of most Old Quarter attractions. In busy street opposite hospital which made it a bit noisy on street outside and emergency sirens 24 hours. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast adequate but not special. Easy place to stay and good value.

不錯 There are small bugs inside the room. There’s also a lot of dust on the cabinets and you can tell the furniture is falling apart. I would only rate this hotel three stars.
