Clean room, good service

Do not go there cause they have hidden fees and the staff very unprofessional

Don’t trust the photos they posts online to sell the room. The hotel lobby was disgustingly dirty and, so were the washrooms. My experience with Romana Hotel staff was TERRIBLE as well! The location is in a bad area as I saw people doing drugs and drinking alcohol. They played their loud music all night long and you could hear it in the hotel. My wallet was stolen during my trip, so I had no credit card to put a hundred dollar deposit on the room. However, I had cash but they wouldn’t accept it. I was travelling with my young child and they didn’t seem to care to accommodate us. I had to walk in the middle of the night in a rough area with my son to go rent another hotel. I would NEVER stay in this hotel! Other hotels were compassionate about my situation but this hotel was not.

No es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero es cómodo. Los alrededores dan un poco de temor, pero no tuvimos problemas. Para estancias cortas está bien .

Excellent been here before and coming back again

Out of all the hotels I have stayed in for the past 8 days on my cross-country drive, this was my favorite. I slept the best here, and the mezzanine with its tables and chairs to do work was supremely helpful! I also appreciated the sitting area in the lobby downstairs. My only complaints were that a maid forgot to give me hand soap, but the receptionist compensated that deficiency by providing me with three or four hand soaps, and that the stairs leading to the parking lot outside are disgusting and need to be cleaned. The soles of my shoes were sticking to the floor after a walk down there. Davian at the reception was particularly nice and helpful.

You get what you pay for

Good spacious rooms with air conditioning, easy access to subway about 5 mins away and there are delish and fast food outlets in the local area within minutes. Rates were okay for new York and only 10-15mins to midtown Manhattan

You just have to ask them without assuming they can't help you. they are willing to help their guests.
