Room was clean. Shower water pressure low. Only hotel I have ever been in locally that does not have free to air tv. Overall stay was very good.

Very nice staff and well sound insulated from the street, but loud music late at night from the pub so earplugs recommend 🙂

Rooms very clean although a few minor issues initially but dealt with by staff.

Good location, good size rooms with comfortable beds. Because the rooms are on top of the pub so music noise can be heard at night and road noise can be heard as well.

Yes. The staff was outstanding, very helpful. The room was great and quiet. Food and beverages were excellent.

There was a terrible smell in the room, like a moldy smell. We didn't have the option to open the windows so we had to endure. I think the smell came from the carpet which is everywhere. Also, the atmosphere was bleak and lighting was poor. I would not recommend this place.

Entire hotel including rooms and restaurants smell of cigarette smoke. Apparently there is an area in the hotel casino where people can smoke and it infiltrates the entire hotel. Our sheets even smelled like cigarette smoke. It was awful. We were thankfully there only one night. There are also no elevators and 3 flights of stairs to climb to get to the rooms.

Loved staying at The Lakes. Definitely coming back

The room was pretty good, with good sound isolation. The shower was amazing. I really enjoyed having a bistro downstairs were I ate good meals (burguer really good) and I met the amazing staff behind the bar. Natalia and Talita thank you so much for your kindness! I super recommend
