I asked for a refund. My room was not acceptable in this poor looking hotel. I didn’t stay & needed to reschedule at another hotel, The Titanic & had to pay more.

The rooms were clean, we were there for 2 nights and but they didn't clean the room, The parking was 35 pound for 2 nights and that was with a discount

Nice rooms. Very convenient for Titanic Quarter. Self check in and minimal help from actual people at hotel. Would still recommend and stay again.

Restaurant closed one day due to staffing. They need an actual front desk reception area. Rooms were nice, had everything we needed.

Location is good/safe, in Titanic quarters, right by the river Logan. 15 -20 mins walking distance to city centre/Cathedral quarter, 35 mins walking distance to Central Train Station which is great. Given lower scores though due to the exceedingly soft/spongy/assume worn out mattresses, which gave me and my partner back pain from sleeping on which unfortunately lasted the whole trip. Also didn't like construction noise (buildings nearby were being renovated/repaired).

The hotel is in a great location and is easy to check into. Our only complaint would be that they only offered th3 bare minim when it came to towels and glasses.

The room was great, plenty of space for two people. The staff was very helpful. An easy walk to the Titanic museum

Fue una excelente experiencia, la repcionista nos ayudó en todo, al ver que teníamos dificultades con el idioma, nos trajo un colega suyo.Juan Carlos que nos fue de mucha ayuda ,personas amables respetuosas ,siempre dispuestos ayudar, las instalaciones del hotel están bien, y la ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del museo Titanic, y cerca del centro de la ciudad. Les estamos muy agradecidos, por su excelente servicio.
