Very clean and good service

Excellent location, very convenient to access to Ben Thanh market where you can find a lot of gift shop, currency exchange, coffee shop, spa, 7-Eleven. The staffs were very friendly, and helpful . They used to help for my family to book the taxi cabs with very good prices. That was the reasons behind why I booked this hotel multiple times. There were a lot of hotels around, however I still like this hotels because the location, convenience, and good prices. I highly recommended this hotel to solo travelers and or couples.

Staff personnel are so helpful and nice .

The hotel was very central so its easy to walk to places. The rooms are so well designed as well, and the beds are so comfy. The hotel staff were super helpful as well. I booked one with a bath as it was nice to soak after a long day. The hot water is solar powered so keep this in mind if you’re back late.

Stayed there two trips ago but they have done some amazing upgrades bathrooms bed although mattress on ground level was amazingly soft and super comfortable quite spot close to lots of shops eating areas many restaurants i really enjoyed the stay for a budget price was very good

There were thousands of hotels around HCM city, however Secret Garden Hotel was the best because of their beautiful design, comfortable, quiet and just about 7m to Bên Thanh market. All of their staffs were friendly, attentive and i wanted to mention two of their outstanding employees were Ms. Mai and front desk Ms. Hoang Anh. I had already extended my stay at Secret Garden, and booked for more friends. I highly recommended Secret Garden to everyone.

Very good all round, very helpful when I had to check in late, room very clean and spatious

This hotel is tucked away down a side street and I noticed no noise at night. The room we booked was the Romantic Double room. This was quite roomy but the bath and toilet area is only separated by a thin curtain. There were drinks for sale in the fridge and a menu of 'special' items; suffice it to say that one item was handcuffs! The hotel is located within walking distance of a lot of places of interest. For the price, this hotel is very very good value for money. They do not have a restaurant but there is a wide choice of eateries very close by. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for those on a budget and not looking for 5*.

Its location is excellent for tourists, with many attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas within easy walking distance. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best things about this hotel is the value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially considering its prime central location in Ho Chi Minh City. It offers great comfort and convenience without breaking the budget. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Secret Garden Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and looking for a lovely, comfortable, conveniently located, and affordable place to stay. the hotel is great there’s lots of eateries especially the staffs they are very helpful plus professional thank you
