The property is very centrally located and has a fantastic cafe / restaurant. Unfortunately, the service mediocre, and they need better maintenance.

Nice stay in a very good location in Cambridge. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice room with good facilities.

The staff at check- in were very overwhelmed with the number of new people arriving. They didn’t even ask me if I needed anything when I showed up at the front desk. I had to wait for 15 minutes before I said something. I’ve stayed in just one other Wilde aparthotel and the staff were amazing!!!! Excellent customer service but sadly Cambridge’s staff did not even know how to turn the towel rail on in my bathroom.

Did not eat

This is a nice, newly refurbished, elegant hotel in a great location. My only complaint is that the rooms were too small for the beds within them. For example, I had to climb over my partner in order to get in or out of bed because there literally was no room to walk around the bed. The amenities were very nice. I'd stay here again.
