Refused to give us check in location etc until we'd provide passport details online for all guests, not just lead booker, was not stated this would be required before it was booked and paid, and after we stated we did not have this for one first they became unresponsive until after check in would have been, also the pre check in form they sent states that the advertised check out time is a additional cost, avoid these scammers.

The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was quiet which suited us. We would use Cable Street Apartments again, great value for money (stayed on a Wednesday night).

Really clean, great location, well provisioned. Lost a star because the wifi didn't work very well.

Was introduced to use the cable st backdoor and not the front lobby. That door sometime cannot be opened from outside by the key fob and was left stranded outside in the cold. Only one lift with 20 over levels and we stayed at 1M, have to wait long for it. On my last evening there was a noisy fire alarm at the lift. Nobody inform us. Saw many evacuated. We are not showm the escape path and there are no map. Have to figure ourself. Want to evacuate is up to guest decision.

The apartment is lovely, clean and all you need. The rituals soap etc was a lovely touch. I think 4pm check in is very late. And would be a nice touch if fresh milk, small amount was left in fridge.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Very spacious and modern. Communications with the hosts were spot on. Would definitely recommend and we will most certainly book again. Thank you

Excellent communication, only one thing that could have been better - bathroom design. Definitely needs a mirror and some designing, it was the only disappointment. Very disabled friendly but extremely basic. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, some nice additions, extractor fan is a little loud it could do with a lower setting or turning off.

Nice apartment however the glass bins outside were emptied at 6.30am every morning waking us up, and there was no milk sachets to go with the coffee and teabags

Welcoming staff (Jessica) was prompt, polite and efficient. The apartment was clean, soundproof from the outside. The bed and most importantly the bed linen is 5star quality. One critique, no mirror in the bathroom, I had to step out, close the curtains turn the lights on just to shave next to the bed. I understand the bathroom had all the disabled facilities but I am sure even disabled people need to look in the mirror and shave as well. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this service to anyone unsure of what to expect, a fab experience.
