Super hotel...
Uns hat es echt gut gefallen...
Der eigene strand vom hotel echt schön.
Und das essen super lecker ☺️
Alle waren total lieb und hilfsbereit

Die lage hat uns auch gefallen...
Man hatte alles was nötig ist in der umgebung des hotels...
außer zur city war es doch einbischen weit...
Aber sind mit den taxi gut rumgekommen...
Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist ,
die zimmer könnten sauberer sein und auf hygiene achten.
Möbeln waren auch sehr alt und kaputt...
Echt traurig für so ein schönes Hotel...

Für den Preis sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Allgemein ein wenig Heruntergekommen. Personal war soweit hilfsbereit. Wlan-ist nur im Eingangsbereich nutzbar! Zwischendurch Strom abgestellt weil kein Kredit mehr auf dem Zähler! Wasserdruck ab und zu nicht genügend zum Duschen!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the hotel was nice and the staff were great. However, the internet was unreliable and the beach mats could use a good clean. Still, it was a relaxing trip and we’d consider coming back.

Bloody awful, really was, one day there was dog or cat poo on the stairs and 3 hours later it was still there.

Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat.

很好 The hotel is brand new. So you can stay alone and quiet. The stuff is very helpful but most of them are trainees, they are learning because they don't have experience at all.
