(GRACE VILLA Nijo-jo Castle)

The room was spacious and private.

We had

Good location. Nice balcony. Good value!

Exceptional place! Absolutely loved our stay at this property. The service was amazing and the rooms were top quality. Very spacious. Highly recommend

Had the top floor suite for few nights, the room is great and the balcony provides a good spot for rest after a day out and coffee before heading out. The hotel sits at the middle of every typical attractions. It takes a couple minutes of walk to the nearest station and buses. Depending on where you plan to visit, in the middle means it takes same as long to go any direction. Which could be an inconvenience for some. We didn’t encountered many staff during our stay, everything was done remotely, and they left all the supplies you may need at the lobby. Which is perfectly fine for me. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would recommend if you are looking for an accessible place to stay in downtown Kyoto.

Room were so big and comfortable. The property is well managed. The only thing o didn’t like is that the room wasn’t cleaned daily as you had to pay extra for that but no worries since my friends and I are pretty well at keeping clean. 10/10

Everything was absolutely perfect about this place. The staff was really nice and respectful and the rooms were both big and beautiful. 10/10 would rate higher if I could!!

No contact phone number of the place given. Leaving coffee powder, creamer and sugar packets would have been more helpful. One day supply given though stayed for 4 nights!
