Nice location and amazing hotel.

Stunning room, fantastic view, perfect aircon. There were water issues in the morning, shower wouldn't heat up but it was a very hot weekend, so didn't bother me. Rooftop bar was great, saw distant thunderstorms, very cool. Short walk to plenty of amenities.

Very clean and well maintained Somewhat close to the tube

Booked as we were seeing a concert at Wembley Stadium. The hotel is across town however easily to get to the stadium from Canary Wharf station on the jubilee line (no changes). Very quiet at the weekends so lovely to have a break from the bustle of London after the concert. Hotel was excellent.

Rooms were very clean, great choices for breakfast-cereals,full english selection, pastries and fruit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable but the staff made promises they couldn’t keep and really put a dampener on the stay. Hotel was arranged as part of a marriage proposal and the hotel was called with a specific request for the room to accompany this. Staff agreed that this would be catered to and not a single aspect of it was. It was very disappointing especially after the hotel had already double charged us on arrival for a prepaid booking

Great experience at check in, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

We had a great over night stay at the Dorset hotel, the beds were comfortable the sheets were cool and crisp, the air conditioning was a blessing, and the shower was refreshing after a really hot day in London.

There is no way this hotel is a 4 star hotel. First of all the staff on the reception pitched me that we will upgrade you to a king room which we were like we are visiting this hotel for the first time and I was a bit surprised that he is offering a free upgrade to a kind bedr

Only had one issue, when I arrived and attempted to check in the Reception Desk where unable to find my booking, on checking emails on my phone the receptionist was still unable to find my booking, on further checks my booking was found so after a delay I was able to check in, the rest of the stay was very good, was on floor 20, maybe the room window outside could have done with a clean but inside the room everything was very good
