Great new boutique style hotel in Astoria. Very clean & conveniently located near the N train. 15 min to Manhattan.

As a former astotia local, I love staying here when I visit friends and family. Place is clean and staff is awesome! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

The room was comfortable and perfect for business or leisure. The rooms were clean and well organized.

Staff are great, the restaurant and food was amazing and rooms are cosy and very clean & comfortable. I enjoyed myself and recommend this hotel

Great location and vobe

The room was never totally clean,supplies very scarce ,only one or two paper cup a day,coffee not supplied everyday.Broken toilet seat,got fixed.

Convenient location.

Checked in at 9 p.m. on a weekday night. The front desk clerk was handling a couple. When done she directed me to a waiting area as there were two other guests to check in ahead of me. She was very pleasant and got me situated soon after she finished with the others. My room was very comfortable temp. wise and, though small, made really efficient use of the space with a queen bed, desk, bedside tables, closet with drawers, and items like a steamer, luggage rack, blow dryer, etc. Bed was comfortable. Good lighting. Room was clean. Right around the corner from a main shopping block with bars, restaurants, and stores. Subway right outside the hotel door. All good.

The hotel was very nice, very close to a lot of restaurants, and very close to commuting on the subway system. Very clean. We were at Manhattan within minutes very convenient. The staff were very kind and courteous as well.

Pros: Clean room, bed was fairly comfortable, staff was polite, check-in was quick, hotel is a few feet away from the subway station, safe neighborhood, room has a mini fridge Cons: The restaurant downstairs plays loud music that you can hear from your room if you’re on the lower floors, we were placed next to someone with a baby who kept crying between the hours of 2am-5am and we could hear due to the thin walls, the room is small (I hit my head on the shower handle when getting off the toilet), I don’t like how the A/C is right above the bed (it’s loud and the cold air blowing on me messed with my sinuses)
