Personeel spreekt geen woord Engels. Voor de rest alles prima.

No breakfast provided is concerned. Also, the bed sheet is not changed during my night stay.

Hard to locate at first but the hotel staff were friendly and translated easily to English without trouble. Room was big and spacious! Only thing that that the bathroom did not have a hard lock and was frosted glass .

Friendly staff, very comftrable room. I'd use this hotel again if I'm ever back in Chongqing.

Room was in good condition and comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant although with limited English ability. There was no English name of the hotel on the exterior of the building or in the lobby. The hotel is on the 5th floor of an office building and the reception in the main lobby didn't know about the hotel when I showed them a Chinese translation of the English name and they directed me to another building across the street. The nice people in the lobby of that building called the receptionist of the hotel who came down to the street to meet me.

The hard working staff! And the amazing value for money. Likenstaying in a 5 star hotel for a fraction of the price. Suprising hightech room features too

The hotel is located in the CBD centre. It is very close to the Local food street market and the city centre. The rooms were very modern and all the amenities were provided. The area around Hotel is a bit dirty and lot of people smoking and drinking outside the building. Even though everything was good about the hotel, it is not convenient for a foreigner who doesn't know Chinese to locate the Hotel. There is no English Sign anywhere to indicate it's location. The Hotel exists on the 5th floor of the building.
