This was an excellent place for us to stay our first night on Maui. Be aware that the parking is not free, which is ridiculous as the parking lot serves the hotel alone. With a bit of discussion the staff managed to refund the ticket, but it was certainly an annoyance and could be much better managed/communicated by the hotel.

Excellent staff so friendly and helpful. Will stay here again in the future.

This was the first time that I stayed in Kahului when on Maui, and I highly recommend this new property for travelers. It's newly constructed and the rooms and premises reflect that. My one bedroom was quite large, and I was happy with it. The breakfast buffet was an extra perk and quite generous. It is right on the waterfront and very scenic. It's great for families and large groups.

Hampton inn and suits Maui North shore is very clean, staffs are so nice and respectful. the beach view is beautiful but I can not swim due to not safety there, the water is kind of deep. Breakfast is wonderful.

Highly recommend this place.

This is a convenient and easily accessible hotel. Is has an adequate breakfast. My main complaint is a $23 amenity charge for airport pickup, some crafty class, and something else. We didn’t use any of these, as I don’t think most people do. Most families coming to Maui rent car. They should delete this charge. They have several fees that make up costs. We will not stay here again due to all of these fees.

the staff was friendly and super helpful. the hotel and pool area was very well maintained and super clean

Great value and location!

Had the best coffee at breakfast as any other hotel. Didn’t tell us at check-in we had to use our room card to operate the elevator. ( no big deal, just felt dumb)

Outstanding friendly employees. The facility is clean and looks new. Very convenient location, close to everything. The Palms restaurant on property was excellent.
