Perfect stay, friendly staff, good location, long walks recommended ( to Centre ville, to a nearby wild beach, to the port) food excellent, but not exactly close by, Attention: few food places, coffee shops and restaurants close to the hotel will charge you over any listed price. The hotel restaurant and bar are very good and convenient: recommended. We had a wonderful sea facing studio: wonderful for us.

I loved the ocean views, the inviting lounge area, and the beautiful setting for breakfast each morning. The 20 minute walk along the waterfront to the city center was delightful. That said, the hotel is a bit farther from the city center than its website led us to expect. The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs for guests, which was appreciated. However, the music from the club across the street may be noticeable at night and could be a concern for light sleepers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and stunning waterfront location.

Everything about hotel was 5 star , rooms , amenities , staff , location . Literally boutique hotel close to everything. Only draw back was we stayed Saturday with our room facing water , bar next door blasting music till 4 am . Thought it was odd that they included ear plugs in their welcome amenities. Once again , property and staff amazing . Just do not book a room on that side of hotel on a Friday/ Saturday night .

Super friendly staff and an excellent place to relax.

We booked here for an overnight as we were awaiting our ferry. The hotel is new and clean and the staff is professional and helpful. However, some rooms (including the one we were given) are not sufficiently insulated against internal and external noise. Ours was located on the mezzanine floor directly next to the breakfast restaurant with our room door directly across from the service station. In addition, there was a party next to the hotel until late into the night. Between the two, we could only manage a few hours sleep between 3am and 7am.

The hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The view from our balcony was amazing! It was conveniently located across the street from a mall that had plenty of options for food. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. Most importantly, the staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so courteous and helpful, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable! The only drawback was that there was no close access to a beach across the street, but they had a gorgeous infinity pool on the rooftop. The weather was not suitable for swimming the day we stayed there so not having access to beach did not affect our plans.

Clean room, no parking but we were aware of that as free parking is offered at the mall next door. Clean room and a few restaurants near by, nice but small roof top pool and lounge. Good for shorter stays and close to the port.

This is a very nice, new and modern hotel. The breakfast every morning is very good and contains a lot of options and variety of food. We arrived early in the morning on our check-in day, and the staff was incredibly friendly and got our room together as soon as possible for check-in a bit before the standard time. Nice view from the sea-facing side of the hotel and only about a 20 minute walk to Heraklion center with a lot of restaurants, shopping, souvenirs, etc. Overall, this was a great stay.

Excellent view. Superb, competent and friendly staff, excellent bed, room, and extensive complimentary breakfast. Location a bit rough 15min from city center, but next to local shopping mall.
