Fabulous and attentive staff. Beautiful pool and gorgeous view. Fantastic breakfast.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff. 15 minutes walk to the center

This is a new hotel and although it has a five star rating it is not quite yet a five star experience. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, but it is a bit soulless, it feels like a 4-star, it’s corporate rather than boutique. Definitely pay for a sea view room otherwise your view will be an ugly shopping centre. The location outside the Venetian city walls in an underdeveloped quarter of the city means a 25 minute walk into the old town in 30C heat, or multiple taxis. The rooftop pool is nice for a dip, with a lovely sea view, but the lounging area is very small. Breakfast is buffet style, no eggs to order, no a la carte. Staff are excellent and friendly, the gym is decent (although the music is loud and there’s no option to control it). There’s an unfortunate ‘signature scent’ in all public areas. Cheap, synthetic, powdery. If you want to explore the coast west of Heraklion this is a good location. But if you want to enjoy the museums, restaurants and bars in the city, this perhaps isn’t the best spot.

Amazing and helpful staff, great breakfast, beautiful pool are with bar. Walking distance to restaurants and beach etc. Would stay here again.

The property is next to the beach with amazing sunset views from the rooftop pool. Staff was so helpful in suggesting restaurants close by that would be good to try.

This hotel is in a very central location in Heraklion, only a 10-minute walk from the heart of the Old Town. It is situated right by the sea with lovely ocean views, and they even included a free breakfast. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

A stunningly beautiful property on the waterfront, with staff than any HR director would be envious of. From the wonderful check-in and welcome drinks, to the spectacular rooftop infinite pool, and a delicious buffet breakfast to kick it off, this place is a must. Chisos at the pool bar - we miss you already! And your wonderful father, too - so kind and helpful. Our room was perfect, the balcony view stunning, and everything else to perfection. We will return!

The hotel was new and with good amenities and parking included at the mall across the street. The location was also good. The only draw back was the music from the resturant across the street.

Great location Had a wonderful stay

Perfect stay, friendly staff, good location, long walks recommended ( to Centre ville, to a nearby wild beach, to the port) food excellent, but not exactly close by, Attention: few food places, coffee shops and restaurants close to the hotel will charge you over any listed price. The hotel restaurant and bar are very good and convenient: recommended. We had a wonderful sea facing studio: wonderful for us.
