There was some mix up with our room but they made up for it, Property did not smell very well outside but the rooms were very clean.

Property could do with a good clean, dishes in cupboards were dirty and cupboards were full of crumbs. Windows also dirty, floor tiles were cracked and some were sharp, beds were clean and comfortable and area was close to midtown (within walking distance).

We booked a 3 bedroom at one location and some friends also booked at the same location. We were told right before check in we were moved to another location away from the original location we booked. Super disappointed.

Great space, great convenient location and fantastic customer service! It looked just like the pictures.

The parking area is dirty and filled with trash bags, the entire entrance smells like urine, and the apartment itself smells strongly of cigarette smoke. In addition, all of the electrical outlets appear damaged or burned, which feels unsafe. The cleaning was also poorly done, and there was only one partially used roll of toilet paper left in the apartment upon arrival. We also noticed that the state permits displayed at the property are expired. On top of that, the main entrance gate to the apartment complex is left open, and the neighborhood does not feel safe at all.

I stayed for 4 nights didn’t have any problems, the place was clean. The parking on the back was very good because it was right in front of the unit i was in, The air conditioning and hot water was perfect. I would choose again, thank you

Perfect place everything is near

I had an amazing stay at Renzi Villas in Wynwood! The space was beautifully designed, modern, clean, and full of character, just like the neighborhood itself. The location is unbeatable, with so many great restaurants, galleries, and spots to explore just steps away. The villa was spotless and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully set up to make the stay feel easy and relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a TV in the living room, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all. Overall, a perfect stay and I would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Wynwood!
