Our family of 5 has chosen airbus as our official hotel in bangkok. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, price is affordable and with a variety of adjoining rooms, we are able to book what we need to accommodate the 5 of us, enjoy 2 or 3 simultaneous showers when we are in a rush and it is located close enough to most of what we are interested in while we are in bangkok. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. They should clean it up more,they were ants infestation in the bathroom. A lot of noise coming from the street.

Clean room but no hangers, robe, house slippers.. limited towels.. no towels at the pool… then to get to the pool kind of dangerous cause it’s slipper and by the parking garage?? Beautiful but bring the hospitality up some more.. different variety to appease all travelers is needed for the breakfast buffet more lighter healthier options needed and the room tv was a nightmare to get working-remote was aweful and I could only watch Netflix.. plus the bathroom was hot-ventilation and ac needed in the bathroom, bed was hard. Also it would be nice for them to provide a bus schedule for the Airbus.. how are they unaware of the schedule and the hotel is right next to it? Need more than one washer and dryer.

Clean room, staff was helpful, but the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you. not a lot near by except the yellow line.

The hotel is relatively new, the staff are friendly and fluent in English. They gave us a late checkout then allowed us to store our luggage onsite and use the pool until 4pm (when we had to head to the airport).

Hotel location was not ideal as most of the tourist attractions are far away 30-45 min depending on traffic. We thought staying next to Phawana train station would make commuting easy but that train didn’t go anywhere close to downtown Bangkok. We stayed on the 7th floor and it was so noisy due to the traffic. No ventilation in the bathroom make it hot and humid in there and it didn’t help that the small window in the bathroom is directly across the 2 AC systems, so all the hot air got blown into the bathroom window and made it even hotter in there. Hotel doesn’t have any clothes irons at all which was a bummer as we wore wrinkled clothes all 5 days. I wish the hotel would give you 2 room keys because the room lights and AC are powered only by leaving the key on the wall. If you left your key in the room (while my wife and kids got ready) and I went to go get takeout food or 7-11 snacks, I couldn’t use the elevator as you needed to scan your card to access your floor (other people’s card wouldn’t work unless they also stayed in the same floor as you.)
