The staff are simply Amazing and awesome most especially Mr. Amin at the front office he is such an emerging Staff, always ready to help and attend to any complaints Guest welfare and comfort is always his priority. He is such a sweet soul

Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were a good start to the day and easy to get a taxi directly to the hotel

Aircon exists but definitely limited.

Excellent location opposite Gloucester Road Tube station. Property could do with an update, but it is clean and well-kept. Very pleasant staff. Comfortable bed and a good night’s sleeep.

Lovely hotel friendly and helpful staff

We have stayed at this property the last two times we have been to London so its "flaws" are no dela breaker at all. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just 5 tube stations from downtown London without requiring any changes of tube lines. There are several restaurants just outside the hotel. With a few fast food locations open quite late. The property is getting older and it is showing its age. (for example, the shower and rooms in general are a bit worn). However, that is not a problem as the staff and location make up for it. We did not opt for breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many options just outside and in central London to try that we wanted to try but they do offer breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

What can say love the place 💕

Everything was great other than had to unblock my sink.

Good stay. Excellent location

Overall good for one night stay, very close to Gloucester Street Station, lots of hig Street, great access to central london, though rooms are abit dated
