The moment we arrived, the staff was amazing and very welcoming. It also smelled really good as soon as we walked up to the hotel even Oliver the valley was very, very welcoming and very informative. The room was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and very clean.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was exceptional and so was the food and drink at the Two Bit bar/restaurant.

Beautiful property, well maintained, and close to shops, restaurants, and historical places.

We had constant music noise in our room, balcony door wouldn't lock & housekeeping never showed up last day. On the positive great location, large & comfortable room. It is a bit of a walk to better restaurants but we're fit so not an issue. Our next visit I will stay elsewhere but this is a solid choice.

A new, small and intimate property which is close to shopping and dining. Staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend the Hotel Richemont.

Great high end boutique hotel within one block walking distance of college of Charleston

Very nice micro hotel . Clean and unique . I’d definitely stay here again . Right off king street by the historic old part of town .

There really wasn’t much available at the “gift shop” except for merch. The restaurant on site was having a private party which made the empty gift shop doubly perplexing. There really aren’t any views as the hotel is pretty well surrounded by buildings. Its a serviceable boutique hotel.
