Nice and modern, nice and new looking. Have stayed a few times . I left an extension cord behind last time and he had it in the office for me.

Pretty noisy but otherwise fine.

Absolutely filthy. Didn't expect bells & whistles being a budget hotel, I did however expect it to be clean! There was extreme mould through air-con, quick way to induce respiratory problems. Under the bed has never been cleaned! There were 3 empty bottles, dirty socks & layers of filth. Even the flooring that was visible had cut toenails, hairs & rubbish. Nothing had been wiped over not bedside boxes/tables, light switches, desk, toilet etc. Fridge & freezer had numerous hairs stuck in them & wasn't clean. Sheets were visibly stained. Bathroom exhaust another health hazard, no moisture would escape through the thick build up of grime. Hand wash half empty & not even wiped over. Doors dont close properly, noticed numerous doors ajar because unless you actively slam it shut, it doesnt close. Common area relies on customers to clean it. It was in disrepair & filthy. You can hear everything, from people on toilet, to tvs in rooms. Half the parking area cordoned off which was ok, except broken glass in usable parking spots & it was still there 4 days later! Unfortunately I can only post 8 photos & no video to the review. Spend a extra few bucks & go to ANY OTHER property. Only pro - it was a handy central location with relatively quick access to everything else you need.

I have stayed at budget hotels before so was not expecting luxury. But I dont expect food wrappers and broken food on the floor stuffed under the bed. Mould in the shower, slimy marks on the shower wall, the shower head falling out of the wall. Safety is a major issue, the fire escape door is left wide open 24/7. You need a key card to get into the front door but anyone can get in the back. We were only staying while my daughter had the Central West Football Championships, but ended up leaving a getting another motel after one sleep. I spoke with the manager and explained the issues. I have taken photos. I have requested a partial refund since we spent $440 on this motel. I was advised to email them which I have done but have had no response so no help from staff. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL

Every time I moved in bed, it would squeak. There was paint off the walls in the room.

Great bed and quiet rooms.

Woke up feeling cold during the night - only 1 blanket on bed and no extras in room and nothing available half way through the night. Wall beside fridge and behind bed in urgent need of repair.. Yes, it was a budget room, but this took budget to a whole new level.

You get what you pay for. Not good enough.
