The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.

Hotellet ligger inte speciellt centralt såsom beskrivningen säger, det är 2 km in till centrum cirka. Hotellet går ut på att kan gör det mesta själv. Checkar in själv (rätt jobbig process) och det finns bara 2 incheckningsdatorer så är det många som ska checka in tar det tid. Du ska också tömma sopor & diska själv, lämna rummet i ett städat skick. Det finns ingen reception på det viset utan det sitter några mindre servicemedvetna personer som motvilligt (som det upplevs) svarar på frågor. Frukosten var ju inte alls vad vi trott. En påse levereras utanför dörren där varm och kall mat blandas utan att vi vet hur länge den stått utanför dörren. Vi kunde inte läsa oss till att frukosten skulle serveras såhär. På plussidan däremot så är rummen nya och fräscha. Vissa har säkert en superfin utsikt mot älven, vi hade utsikt mot en bro som byggdes.

Had an issue with the hotel / hotels.com booking the wrong room type. Ended up with one single bed for two adults. However, I showed reception the booking at my end and they quickly resolved it. So that was appreciated! The hotel room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Zero complaints at all. There’s no TV’s in the room but not really a drama if you plan to be out and about. It seems like it’s out the way a bit but it’s a nice 20 min walk to the centre, or a 2 min walk to the tram station where it’s only 5-10 mins on the tram to the centre. The self service check in was good. The only issue is though if you have an issue you can’t access a person unless you go through the main door but you can’t go through the main door without a key card. I wanted to check in early and leave my luggage which I couldn’t due to this, but fortunately another guest was leaving so I managed to get through the door to speak to someone. Would definitely stay again!

Rent og ryddig. Temperaturen på vannet i dusjen svinger. Senga var var veldig hard og ubehagelig.

Det var nyt og lækkert lå dog lidt uden for centrum

Jeg havde bestilt værelse til 2 personer men det værelse vi fik var med en lidt bred enkeltseng. Jeg brokkede mig og fik dog et andet værelse. Vi havde også bestilt morgenmad, men vi fik igen information om, hvor vi kunne få det og opdagede pludselig en pose, der stod foran vores dør. Dagen hvor vi skulle hjem skulle vi rejse tidligt, men der var ikke mulighed for at arrangere at få vores morgenmad, så generelt var bestillingen af morgenmad spild af penge. Hotellet ligger et stykke fra centrum, hvilket betød at vi hele tiden skulle med taxa for at komme ind til byen - til gengæld var der meget stille og roligt på hotellet.

Everything was perfect

It was amazing, the only problem was the check in but it got solved quickly:)

No TV, no bar or restaurant. Same breakfast every morning.

I loved how modern and clean it was. Loved the laundry facilities and really good WiFi. Only negative part is that the apartment has no airflow. No fans anywhere so it was very stuffy. Opened the balcony door and it did not help at all so very hard to fall asleep. I like the super eco-centric approach but not if it forgets some people comforts.
