卡哈雅奎拉 - 佩爾達娜哥打巴魯酒店 (Cahaya Qaira - D'Perdana Kota Bharu)

This was by far one of the dirtiest and most unpleasant hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We booked it based on the 9.0 rating but shocked to see the poor hotel & room condition. We booked a room for 6 people but were given a room meant for 4. When we raised this with the owner, he suggested that two kids could simply sleep on the floor since they had no rollaway beds or even extra comforters available. Out of the two AC units in the room, only one worked. The bathroom had a strong sewer odor that made it completely unusable, and the smell even carried into the bedroom despite keeping the door closed. While the front desk staff was polite, they were not helpful in addressing any of these issues...ended up calling the owner which was not helpful at all. Due to the poor conditions, we checked out the very next day.

For the price its good

Really recommended 😍👍 Best trip for family near with restaurant n laundry self service.. safety building apartment good service n clean, friendly owner

The price was reasonable and we look forward to stay at Cahaya Qaira the next time when we have family vacation in Kota Bharu region.

Good property

Have an owly clock..so cute

Owner can tolerate when asked to extend another half an hour. So 5 star

Strategic location...

Best apartment in Kota Bharu

Check in was a breeze. Room was nice and with fragrance. Microwave and other kitchen necessities are provided. TV reception is bad maybe due to indoor antenna. Could have considered Astro/NJoi or at least outdoor antenna. However, few movies are provided from given (locked) USB thumb drive.
