Love the property. The staff was excellent and helpful. Lacation was great and the Train station was only 5 minutes walk away. Center of everything will definitely be back again.

Above and beyond the entire staff!!

Great room clean a spacious but lacking fridge TV and tissues otherwise a great place to stay right beside the station

Amazing!!!!! This doesn’t even have the feeling of a hostel, is like a hotel. Loved it!! Would come back any time

Acabamos de pasar 1 noche en este hotel y no podemos estar más contentos. Desde el check-in el personal fue súper amable y atento.

Clean room great loaction

My wife and two older children stayed at this hotel on two different occasions. We had a great experience both times. The family rooms fit four people comfortably. Even though they are next to the street, they are well insulated and don't let any noise through. The staff is friendly. The building and rooms are clean. There is a laundromat on site ($3 Euros to wash and $3 Euros to dry. Detergent included. Can pay with card). Now, the location can't be beat. Atocha station is located across the street, which makes taking trains to Toledo o El Escorial a breeze. The bus station is right in front of the hotel, so getting to Parque El Retiro o Paseo La Castallana is super simple. An Uber to the Plaza Mayor is $8 Euros. I strongly recommend this hostel. I believe it was a great value for the money we paid for it.

Très propre, agréable et bien situé.

Chill place, good breakfast, and friendly staff.

The staff was shockingly helpful and accommodating. Rooms were very clean (towels weren't replaced super often though). Breakfast was a solid 7/10, basic but more than enough to fill you for the morning. It's a buffet that consists of sandwich supplies, eggs, cereal, and juice. Definitely worth the cost. If I ever come back to Madrid I'm staying here
