Lovely little place

The rooms are a bit old school but amazing nonetheless. I would recommend it. Thank you very much!

建物も部屋の感じも古いので、新しい建物や快適な装備などが好きな方には向いてないと思います。しかし、昔の日本家屋の面白さや、自由度の高い過ごし方、寝れたらokという方には面白いと思います。私は後者なので、非常に楽しめました。また、家の1階中央に池があるのも何とも新鮮です。無料駐車スペースもありがたかったです。

宿帳記載用にポストを設けて投函。未投函者へ再び依頼する型式にするなど、無人ならではの工夫はするべき。トイレはGOOD。風呂も普通に使えました。

数寄屋造のすばらしい旅館でした

素晴らしい滞在でした！日本人の私とフランス人の彼と2人で行ったのですが、歴史を感じる内装に心躍りました。 また利用させていただきたいです。

快適な普通の宿泊を求めている人には全くお勧めしません。でも歴史的建築物が好きな人であれば、全て受け入れられます。オーナーさんが一人で切り盛りしているそうで、運営もかなり大変とのことでした。基本的な掃除はされていましたが、テレビが設置してある床間なんか埃だらけでした。道具を借りて、自分で掃除機をかけて、雑巾掛けもやりました。自分が歴史的建築物を守るんだっていうくらいの気概が求められる宿です。風呂は共同ですが、お湯はちゃんと出ます。空調もダイキン製の新しいものが導入されています。頑張って生き残って欲しいと願うのみ。

The older gentleman who ran the place was very nice but the place itself was very odd mainly because it was empty except for me. So as a woman alone, and I was there for 3 days, the front door was open 24/7. The security system was a hook and eye insude and when I left for the day it was two eyes and a tiny little lock with a tiny little key. There were no common areas and he did have a little fridge and microwave but no plates or glasses to use. He did find me a mug when I asked. It was dark and gloomy and not a pleasant place to be alone!

I ended up being super late due to unforseen circumstances and wasnt able to check in properly, however, there was a clear map with instructions in the entrance allowing me to still get in and get to sleep as well as meet with property owner the mext morning to clear things up. My room was clean, the place was nice, my bed was comfortable and the owner was very understanding and homely.

It was a very unique ryokan, very kind owner. Would definitely recommend!!
