Property is very new and clean. Breakfast was great! We loved enjoying the pool and beach access.

Beautiful resort with stunning views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my days spent in there.

Excellent staff. Went out of their way to make us comfortable. Very polite- especially entire Pavillion f&b team including Vee, Plai, and Moss. Hope I remembered the names correctly. Also loved the spa where I indulged in daily massages:)

It's actually a nice new property, but we had a lot of problems with our stay. Our closet and bath door was hard to slide, fell of the tracks once, and was a terrible design, such that I couldn't access the closet without blocking my wife from the bathroom, or vice versa. Our power went out. The wine glasses at our mini bar were noticeably dirty and stained. Construction outside our entrance blocked our path. We ran out of tissues twice, as the supply was not restocked on cleaning. The resort tried to DOUBLE charge us, even though we had paid in full upon booking. The resort also tried to hit us with a surprise resort fee that was never disclosed upon booking. And perhaps worst of all, the food and beverage prices are excessive and that of a 5 star western hotel (which this is not), and not in line with prices of food and beverage around the Phuket area.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredible and the location and amenities were genuinely amazing. Not busy and everything was readily accessible. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to book a family friendly resort.

Clean new facilities, great pool and canopies and close proximity to the beach.

Beautiful resort. My daughter - who usually dislikes travelling - has been asking to go back just to visit Mira from the kids club. Mira was absolutely fantastic, and we had a wonderful stay.
